Happy Father's Day everyone! I think we should all take this day to really appreciate our dads and show them how much we love them, because you know, some people don't have dads. So? What did you get your dad for Father's Day? A tie? A card? I got my dad black high-top chuck taylors. Haha, now I only need to get my brother a pair and then my whole family can be a chuck family.

Tales From A Bathroom

Alright, here's some poetry to inspire you all.

All alone at last
In the bathroom, time has passed
Sitting here, waiting for
An answer to walk through the door.

Cold tile on my skin
Just remember: breathe out, breathe in
But sometimes it all seems too much
And nothing stops when I yell "Hush."

Hide me from
This setting sun
Since everything I see means doom.
I wait for a cure in the bathroom.

By the way, before you jump to conclusions and ask if I am depressed/suicidal/emo/cutting myself, I want you to know this is not how I feel. I wrote this after feeling nauseous and lying on the bathroom floor because for some reason that helps. Please, do not try to send my to therapy. I am O.K.

Divorce

Okay, sorry to get all serious on you guy(s) here, but I decided to do real topic for once. Divorce. It's been on my mind lately, what with my parents and all of that and I feel like I need to discuss it.
Because divorce can be a painful thing. It splits up families and creates bad feelings for everyone. In a way, it can be good too, I guess. Sometimes it's for the best and everything works out better. Sometimes it has be done. But it will never be easy.
I'm sorry for whoever has gone through it. Seeing parents split up is hard. When you're little, there is no question that your parents love each other, even if that might not really be the case. It would never enter into your head that they would ever go away. But then, as you get older, your parents don't hide their fights from you. You get to hear the mean words and the shouting and it seems like it came out of nowhere. Don't you just want it to stop?
Well, if you aren't someone who has parents who fight, are getting a divorce, or are already divorced, then be grateful. There is a lot of stuff you don't have to go through.

New Banner??

Okay, so I just installed photoshop to my laptop and I've been playing with it a lot lately. Wow, it is fun. Here is the coolest thing I have made yet:

So awesome!!!! But that's not the point. The point is, should I make a new banner for this blog? Maybe a cooler one? The one I use now was made on photoshop too, but honestly. That so does not compare to this picture. So?? Thoughts??

To make a new banner or to not make a new banner. That is the question.

I'm Back!!!

I'm back from D.C. everyone!! Did you miss me? I bet you did. But D.C. was fun. Less fun than I expected, but you know, stilll fun anyway. We have great memories now. The creeper bus driver Jim, my gangster hat, and the guy who danced outside. Very funny. And today was Allamuchy day. Wow, that was lame. But whatever, it happens.
